Best Buy Discount Tires Inc

I drive a Ford subcompact 2 Wheel drive car, and I had terrible tires on it for the winter. This place got me excellent tires at a great price, real quick. Now I can go just about anywhere in the snow!

I had great experiences with Best Buy Discount Tires in the past for many years but as far as my recent visit, the only rating I can give is one star. I dropped off a set of new expensive wheels ($3,200+, 4 month lead time to receive) along with new tires for a mount and balance service. I picked them up an hour later, paid, loaded them up and left. Later on after I installed the wheels on my car, and gave everything a thorough wash, I found damage on all four wheels within the center cap area (paint gouges). And one wheel I found a paint chip on the edge after cleaning up the tire mounting grease. The pictures attached show the damage. Overall, I am truly dissapointed and cannot recommend this tire shop.

Jen & the team at Best Buy Tires got me out of a jam today, and I appreciate their time and help very much! I chose Best Buy by recommendation and I'm so glad I did. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have my business and recommendation for tires/service going forward.

Will come back. The front desk lady was helpful with explaining things because I don’t know much about cars or tires. The tire tech was kind also and seemed to be well trained/educated. They all seemed like hard workers & got straight to the issue fixed it and I was out of there very quickly. Thanks Best Buy Tires!
