Excellent oil change experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly; especially my mechanic Mike. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and the price was very fair. My car is running smoothly, and I really appreciated the honest, efficient service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Mike!!! Go see Mike—the best mechanic around. Great service, knowledgeable, and you can trust his work.

The customer service was unmatched. My car needed emergency attention and the attendant at the desk Nick Simpson was very calming and clearly explained what was happening with my car. He gave me great advice and empathized with my situation. I am very likely to go to a Firestone auto care after this experience. Nick S. told me that the regional owner gave him guidance and it shows alot about a company who they choose to mentor and promote. The auto care service was very efficient/timely especially considering that I was an emergency walk in. They made the time to help me in my hour of need.

David and the rest of the team were awesome! They answered all of my questions and helped me find the tires that I needed at the best price. The team was very efficient too and I was able to have the work completed the same day. I will be referring my friends and family to this location. My experience was a 20/10!

I love this Firestone! I have been coming to this Firestone for over 10 years and have brought 4 cars here for work and/or tires. The staff is awesome. They are patient and helpful and will always give you an honest opinion on the work you need done. I have gotten quotes from other places/shops but I always end up coming to this Firestone for my tires and the work I need done because their price is always fair and they will work with you to make sure you get what you need done, but not other things that are not necessary (unless you want them done). I have gotten all of my tires here because the prices are fair and they do alignments on site, unlike some other places. Shaq helped me get my last set of tires and it came with a great warranty so that I could drive with peace of mind knowing

The technicians and other staff at the Firestone in Brookfield are always very kind and explain things very clearly. I love that they take photos of the things they are considered about, so I know exactly what they are talking about and can trust what they are telling me. I also love that they don't try to sell me services that aren't 100% necessary at that time. They are very honest, which I really appreciate. The car dealerships aren't usually that way.
