Expert technical support and Parts availability. They always go above and beyond.
Xcalliber clutches failed in my 2011 duramax within 3000 miles and 13 months. Rated 2000hp clutches, had to pull and rebuild transmission with all new clutches again. Contacted company about a warranty and was told somebody would reach out to me, but never did. Disappointed with service I received and definitely the quality of the product. Won't be back again.
