I have never had a bad experience at Brookfield Town Fair Tire!! As I was driving to work today, I started to feel/hear a thump thump thump in my tire. I pulled over to investigate only to see a huge bolt/screw in my tire. I drove to Town Fair and arrived around 7:15am and walked inside. Unfortunately they don't open till 8, which is what i was kindly informed of. I went and waited in my car. A little before 8am, someone came out and said he'd get me started so I could be the first one in (since i had a doctors appointment). The entire process was super easy with a friendly staff. I was happily on my way within 40 minutes. Highly recommend Town Fair Tire Brookfield!

Dave was super nice on the phone ( esp when I told him I was in a hurry ). He got my car in within a few minutes. He was polite and not pushing me to get more than I needed. I have been getting my tires at town faire for years, and appreciate the maintenance they provide mostly free! Definitely recommend town faire in Brookfield, CT

I made appointment to get tires i purchased at town fair tire in Brookfield CT, to get my tires rotated free service. I arrived at 10:25 for my 10:30 appt others came in after me paying customers today they did their walk ins making me wait and still waiting 11:45 am now over 1 hr and 15 min and still waiting . The way its looking ill be lucky if im out of here in 2 and 1/2 hours. When you have appt they should not take all the walk ins ahead of you. Then when you ask where you are in getting your rotation done they look at you like you shouldn't ask. An appointment should be respected and taken care of for a long standing customer or any customer that schedules appt. So if you get treated like this for free services. Why be a customer! My time is valuable to wether its for supposed f
