Numerous serious violations of state laws regarding health and safety. Family member with dementia was yelled at and threatened. The nursing staff, especially the supervisors, is constantly having turnover. They can't keep staff hired and those who are there are burnt out and could care less. They allowed my family member to develop a very serious rash because they would not take her to the bathroom. They ignore doctor orders. They've lost dentures. They would not change clothes of family member but maybe once every 3 days. They would allow them to sit in urine the entire time. Spare your loved ones from this place. They treat them worse than dogs.

They treat the people like they're a burden they would yell at this one person because she would yell that she needed to use the bathroom because she needed help and no one would pay her any attention and then if you go out and look at the coy pond the water is brown and the fish are floating on top dead being eaten by flies. This place is nasty unsanitary and the rooms look blan and boring there is no character and people a treated like animals. I recommend nit putting your loved ones in this horrible place. There was also a very disrespectful woman I won't say names that would NOT let my mom see her dad the day before he diednd when she dropped us off to see him the second she saw her car she called the cops and all because they(staff) twisted a story of her telling another resident to m

I understand that there are staffing shortages and they are doing the best they can, but care is lacking in some areas. Forgetting meals on a regular basis? I feel to take up most of the room for her roommate because roommate is in a geri chair is being disrespectful to my mother who was in the room first and at the present time my mother is private pay.

The employees, depending on who they are, are fairly good but some are lazy. The resident rooms and bathrooms are not the cleanest. The residents personal clothing and toiletries come up missing quite often. The nurses are great. The dietary meals are fair to poor.

One nurse gave my parents the best care A child would want for her parents.My mom loves it when you are her nurse. My Dad loved and trusted everything about you.He loved you being his nurse also. Thank you Ms. Staysha, you are what every nursing home needs.And the clients need you.Thank you. Alot of improvement in housekeeping and more aides would help. Alot of these CNA girls work shorthanded continually...maybe a higher wage would cut down on turnover. And owners need to be proud of their place and keep it nice..Some rooms are in sad shape.
