We’ve all had those experiences where you go in for a simple fix and leave feeling overcharged, or worse, like the problem somehow got bigger. Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fully explained everything needed for my car repairs. Called and updated me throughout the process. Did not try and upsell services that were not needed. Highly recommend for anyone in need of work done with a BMW or Mercedes Benz.

When my 2021 C3 hundred warranty went out, I had problems that I took to Dennis and his skilled technicians. he was kind and insightful, and his staff was amazing and he repaired my car lightning fast. I’ve taken my Mercedes here a few times now, and every experience has been genuinely excellent. The staff is always friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful—especially the owners, who go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. They consistently do everything they can to get my car serviced or repaired quickly, and I never feel like I’m being overcharged or pushed into anything I don’t need. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but they’ve earned that trust every time I’ve been in. Their work is solid, their prices are fair, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If you drive a Mercedes and want people who genuinely care about doing the job right, this is the place to go.

I was very pleased with the service I received for my 2018 Mercedes. This is the first time I have used Better Cars but will certainly be back. They were professional and their prices were lower than other estimates I had received.
