Chelsea greeted me pleasantly and promptly and walked me through the e-checkin process. Brian was right there, no waiting, and explained the process and answered all of my questions, taking the most direct approach to repairs to get the best outcome. Their use of iPad and cell phones to document and organize is efficient and well coordinated.
