Better Collision

I haven’t used this shop yet, but I know one of the team members personally. They’re honest, skilled, and take pride in helping people. I’d feel confident recommending them based on that alone.

I had a fantastic experience bringing my car to this shop. My car was given back to me before promised. The staff was great and would call or text updates throughout the week. I was so panicked bringing my car anywhere as I have never been in an accident before and gone through this whole process. They made it very simple for me. Better Collision’s customer service is top notch. They kept me informed about the status every step of the way. I even received my car back earlier than expected. They worked directly with my insurance company and assisted me with securing a rental car at the time I dropped off my car. My car looked like it was never even damaged. I would definitely recommend!

Very friendly people. Spotless waiting area. My vehicle was done before the estimated time. They even fixed some paint problem by the damaged area. If the situation arises again I will not hesitate to take my vehicle there again. I will also tell others about my inaction with Better Collision.
