I called to set up an appointment and was told to bring my car in on Thursday (I was not given a time frame to bring it in, I was not told to bring it in in the morning, I was just told to bring it in on Thursday, which I can prove because I record all of my business calls just in case of issues such as this. Because of this I assumed the appointment was Friday and they wanted me to bring it in a day early so it was there in the morning, like every other mechanic shop I have ever worked with does. Most shops will have you bring your car in the day before, not the day of.) I tried calling at 9am that Thursday to make sure of the time I needed to bring the car in and no one answered. Tim was recommended by a friend in the auto body industry. His shop has been honest, fair priced, and checked on warranty work when it meant they would lose business. They have serviced my GMC and my wife’s Ford. I would recommend Tim and his crew to anyone.
Tim has been working on my van for years and all my relatives vehicles. I tell all my friends who also go there now. Why? He is the most honest mechanic and we all trust him. He is very nice to work with and explains things. Very large, clean shop with great skill. Excellent ,quality work &service plus always cheaper than other places. Do not hesitate to go there as this shop is a great asset to Kalona.
Always great service! If you forget to mention all your vehicle issues Tim will notice them anyway and ask you about them. This saves on time and trips back and forth. Highly recommend!
