Was sure I wrote a review a year ago, but don't see it. Gary was a great, non-typical salesman. Don't worry about being conned, pushed or lied to! My kids came and checked out the vehicle first - he had it ready for them to drive. They gave both the car and Gary "thumbs up"! I sent an electronic deposit, drove down a few days later, picked up my "new" vehicle and now am ready to buy another, if Gary can find exactly what I need. Great place to "TRUST AND RETURN"! Never heard of kalona, let alone to buy a vehicle, but very happy to work with Mike! He helped meet me where I was needing numbers to get out of a previous loan. Very small town, helpful feel! Recommend for sure!

I had a great experience working with Gary at Kalona Auto. I had sent an email asking to meet and look at a specific vehicle. Gary had that vehicle pulled up front and had given it a fresh clean. I test drove that vehicle and only had 1 complaint. Gary pulled a similar vehicle around for me to test drive because he wanted me to, "Be 100% happy with my final choice." So, I test drove that vehicle and had zero complaints. When it came to financing Gary compiled multiple offers and allowed me to choose which offer best fit my financial needs. Gary shared, "I don't want my customers to be strapped for money because of their car payment." A lot of dealerships are exhausting to go to because the salespeople aren’t fully honest and continuously try to upsell. Mike, on the other hand, was upfront about everything and made the experience easy and stress-free. Kalona Auto will be my first stop when I look into purchasing my next vehicle!
