Midway Van Rental & UHaul

Took a trip to Washington DC and it was a 10/10 experience thanks to the van we had. It fit all our items And children no problem. It was clean inside and out and it rode so smoothly. We were complimented on our ride by random strangers at gas stations and rest stops and told we were riding fancy no less than 7 times at least.

This was an absolutely awful experience. Stranded on vacation with no help from them. Had to pay for new parts, rent a vehicle to go get the parts an hour and a half from where we were staying, install the parts our selves and it took 2 days from our vacation doing all this. I would not recommend. Van smelled of urine, infested with ants, the air didn’t work. Said they would pay the bill for the parts and they didn’t. If there was an option for zeros stars that’s what they would get!

We had to put $400 in parts in the van. Didn’t pay me back for parts over charged me then said they took it off the bill. Taking them to court. Van was a pile. Smelled like piss. A/C doesn’t work but you better believe they got their money. Don’t trust theses people at all!!!

I had a great rental experience with Midway! Great communication and easy after-hour return process. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Excellent, friendly service. We had an extraordinary situation and Midway worked with us to pick up our truck outside normal business hours. This flexibility was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!
