I had a really disappointing experience here. After providing John with the VIN, year, make, and model of my vehicle, he ended up giving me the wrong engine. The whole ordeal dragged on for 11 weeks, during which he kept telling me it was on its way—only for it never to arrive. I was stood up multiple times, waiting at home for deliveries that never came. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. On a positive note, he did eventually make things right by refunding my money, but the process was way more hassle than it should have been. I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Just stopped in looking for some particular parts for my truck. The owner took me around to show me what he had, but unfortunately didn’t quite have what I needed. Excellent customer service. If I’m looking for something else, I’ll definitely be checking back with this place!

This gentleman went out of his way to make sure I had top notch service. I busted out the back windshield of my SUV transporting 2 pieces of Facebook Marketplace furniture. I was definitely trying to save a few bucks. Well the other glass replacement businesses were charging upwards of $500- $600, I should have ordered from Wayfair!!! This business owner got a great used back windshield for a fraction of the cast, and he had a referral for a guy who came to my home to replace it in front of my home. I felt like a VIP!!! Thank Biello….

Immediate response for your parts. $$ fair pricing. Treats you like a long time customer. The place is a little bit tricky to find. Small junkyard but his network is good if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it for you and have it by the next day(no extra charge). The parking is bad. Well organized place they know where every little parts is at in their yard.
