I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this auto shop! My car's gear shift cable randomly failed when I was trying to park, and this auto shop happened to be 1 mile from where I broke down, so I called to see if they could take my car. They kindly squeezed me in despite being booked for the whole week, and the process of dropping off my car with the tow was very smooth. When they asked if I had a ride and I said I would get an Uber to the train, they actually insisted on having someone drive me since it was a mile and a half down the road--and they said they often give rides there since it's so close. Today was my first time at this shop and Vince was so kind and patient with me. Even though I was in a time crunch he explained the problem to me clearly and fixed it in just in time. Many times I've gone to other shops and have been spoken to consescendingly, but at Cadwalader Service I was told what was wrong, what need to be fixed, and how to get that done. Moved up here 6 years ago and am so lucky to have found this place. They go above and beyond and helped me out super big time when my car battery died. Only place I trust to keep my little car kicking.
