Just wanted to start with WOW! I received awesome customer service from Francis Jr. today 12/19/2024. He was accommodating, friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, answered my questions in detail and provided examples. He provided an option that significantly reduced my insurance costs. So, if you are looking for a good insurance agent, check them out. I'm glad I did, and I will tell my family and friends. Fran Martino has gone above and beyond in assisting me with me with my insurance needs! I have been with his company for over 5 years, he is absolutely driven by meeting the needs of his customers and has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. I Purchased a 6 month policy through Fran for vehicle insurance. When the policy was up, a reminder came through my email about autopay/renewal . I canceled the payment as I no longer have 3 of the vehicles on the policy. 5 days later, Fran contacted me 11 times during a workday to ask if I'd like him to run the payment. When I got off of work that day, I come to find that he had taken the liberty of renewing the policy, despite not having been given permission to do so, paid in full for a period of 6 months, an unauthorized charge of over a thousand dollars.

My experience with Francis Martino Insurance has been an excellent one. Fran Jr. has taken a consultative, responsive, and client-centric approach throughout my entire experience. He has endeavored to search for the most appropriate solution to my needs. As a first time home-buyer, the guidance (and hand-holding) that I received was truly invaluable.
