Simple check in, friendly customer service, time efficient in getting vehicle maintenance done, and easy payment and checkout. Reason why only 4 stars instead of 5? I called them to check if my car was ready instead of them contacting me to say it’s ready for pickup. Otherwise, it’d be 5 stars. ⭐️ 👍🏽

Been going to this place ever since I started driving! Very friendly and professional staff. Always great customer service, always giving me updates, and very upfront about prices/labor. This is my regular oil change place and was impressed after seeing the rebrand and remodel!

The customer service is great, tires are well priced, and it even includes a free tire rotation for the lifespan of the tires. However, employees who drive the car back out to the front should be mindful we don't want our cars left smelling like weed. I'll continue to come over and do business with them. UPDATE as of 2/6/2026: I continue to bring my car here to rotate my tires and recently for an oil change as well. The service is great, last visits have been walk-ins and don't really wait that long for my car to be ready. Always check their website for discounts, or ask a representative for discounts for their services, chances are, there's one online. Thank you Big Brand Tire & Service!
