Big O Tires

I needed a road force balancer and Big O had one so I gave them a shot for the first time. 1. It took two hours for a simple balance and rotation. 2. The young guy doing it obviously had no idea what he was. doing and needed help multiple times. 3. They damaged three of my wheels while balancing (i didnt have a single scratch on these until I brought it to them. 4. It took me reaching out to corporate to get my wheels fixed. After two weeks of contacting the store, the district manager, and corporate, they finally sent someone out to (fix) my wheels. They had a mobile guy come out and use a touch up pen where they took the finish all the way down to the metal. If you have aftermarket wheels that you spent good money on and take care of them well, then I suggest not bringing it here.

Did not observe the warranty with tire that had less than 10,000 miles on it because I rotate my own tires, instead of bringing it in. After buying the new tire, you charged me extra for your worthless warranty. My wife was in a bind while I was out of town and this is what Big O does. Taking advantage of customers and women is apparently what they do. I do not suggest doing business here.

My grandfather had a flat tire and we couldn’t change it because he has a key lock on his tires. We tried everywhere and no one couldn’t help us. So I decided to call Big O Tires and explained to them our problem. In less than 30 minutes they came out to our location and helped my grandfather and even took the messed up tire to the shop to put a new one on the rim! And they also put the spare tire on for him to drive to their place of business! They are most definitely the best! The guys were super nice and helpful. We appreciate your services! Thank yall so much!

Did an amazing job on my vehicle. I worked with Dylan and he was super knowledgeable about the tires as well as an outstanding representative of the company. Helped me start to finish, and I would recommend anyone to go here and be assisted by Dylan.

Stevie and Duncan are great to work with! We needed brakes, had 3pm appointment, Parts company sent defective rotors, they located some at a different Parts Co. Then needed calipers that were in Springdale, during Rush hour... They stayed past closing time to get the job finished .. Many Thanks guys!
