Straightline Quick Lube & Tire

I get all my vehicles serviced at Straightline and have been doing this for over 10 years now. I’ve been super happy with the respect, service and results they offer. Great place to get oil changes, tires, and alignments done. They always treat me right and they have great integrity. I just bought Cooper tires for all my vehicles and very happy with the performance and service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Fair, fast, quality - my favorite part is that they have a bunch of toys inside and a playset outside, so whenever you need an oil change or a fix, you can bring your kids and wait and they are happy! Seriously my kids talk about this location as if it is a kids destination 😂 thank you so much straightline for everything you have done for me. From oil changes to repairs.

I have been coming here consistently for the past year and I will not go anywhere else. I needed tires and boom, the next morning, I received the best deal in town and also had them installed asap. The price for oil changes is unbeatable and the customer service is outstanding. Easy to work with and I know nothing about cars, they do not try and take advantage, which is rare! Will always recommend and always come back!

When we first moved to NWA, we used different shops around the area. Eventually I had a flat and ended up at Straightline. Since then, we’ve never gone anywhere else for all of our important vehicle repairs and maintenance. Every interaction has been absolutely stellar. Some shops will talk down to you, then turn around try and upsell you. Straightline has never done that. The guys are always respectful of budget, time, and what’s best for us in that moment. Recently, I had a slow leak, a valve stem knob get stuck, and two tires that wouldn’t inflate. The guys at Straightline took incredible care of me by replacing the valve stem, catching the slow leak, and even went so far as to let me know my engine was low on oil, then threw in a couple quarts of oil all for no charge. Went into straightline to fix my rear drivers side tire that had stripped nuts and needed a tire swap. Jerry told me it would take 2 hours before he could see me, i said thats all good, he got it done in less than 1 and even got me new nuts all for a reasonable price. I will be using this place from now on for all automotive repairs, it can be hard to find a reasonable mechanic shop and for NWA I reccomend this one.
