I had a great experience with Nemtec Automotive. I came in with a leaking brake caliper that had turned into a real mess - I was adding brake fluid every couple of days just to keep the car going. Once I finally got it over to Nemtec, Scott took me in right away, diagnosed the issue quickly, and clearly explained what was wrong and exactly what it was going to cost. After the parts arrived, I came back and Scott and one of his team members got straight to work. They did an excellent job replacing both rear brake calipers. The car is now completely leak-free and working great. Huge thanks to the Nemtec team for the quality work, honesty, and for getting me in so quickly. I really appreciate the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive repair.

Truly Scott deserves 5 stars! I can't recommend this mechanic highly enough. We've tried three different mechanics in NWA and Scott exceeds them all. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was needed to be done - there is no pressure or upselling. We continue to come back to Scott for all of our vehicles. He clearly knows how to fix cars and how to fix the issue quickly and has fair prices!!

I’m so glad I found Scott’s business! He and the team are fantastic. They got me in right away and were fast on the diagnostic and repairs (starter and water pump replacement). They did what they said they would do, and in the time they said they’d do it… which has not often been the case with other shops I’ve gone to, particularly the local “stealership”. Price was totally reasonable too. Just couldn’t be more pleased, and while I’d obviously love to never have to use them again, this is where I’m bringing by vehicles from now on.

Scott is a super nice guy. I had either a starter issue or a battery issue. Told him what was going on and he ran several tests to determine the exact problem and got me fixed up all in one day. Will be back next time!

Long story short — Nemtec was able to fix my 1999 Silverado after another shop had worked on it for over a month without finding the problem. As it turned out, the repair wasn’t simple; there were multiple issues, including damage caused by the previous shop. A big thank-you to Scott and James for their expertise and persistence. I highly recommend Nemtec!
