I had the pleasure of meeting Brian and his team under unfortunate circumstances. But I’m glad the other party’s insurance lead me to Caliber Collision. The process was seamless from the moment I walked through their doors. I briefly explained my situation as Brian walked with me to take a look at the damage, then they took my keys and took care of the rest. Since they do business with Enterprise car rental, they had a gentleman take me to their closest location to pickup my rental car. I was kept up to date on my vehicle’s progress throughout the repair and received a phone call when it was complete. Not once did they leave me wondering how the repair was coming along. THIS IS AN ALL-STAR GROUP! I was in an accident and they worked as fast as they could to get my car in and get me taken care of. Even though this was being handled through insurance, they made me feel like such a priority as a customer. Truly a full "white-glove" service experience. They regularly called me with updates, made sure I knew what to do with my rental car after the process was finished, helped me with all of my questions, and SO much more.
