Big O Tires

Waited 2 hours with an appointment to get my tires changed. After picking up my car, I drove a total of 10 miles before getting a flat on my front right and a sag on my rear left. Paid for the Big O self branded tires. Never again. I'm just glad it happened when I was still in town and not halfway to Boise where there is no tire shop within 100 miles.

Here about a month ago, after driving for a month, we realized it was pulling to the right on the freeway. Took it back in and found that there was an issue unrelated to the tires that we just had put on. They advised us on what needed to be fixed and what could wait very honest. Great service! Junior was super nice. Tires were probably the best price around very happy with Service.

Junior and his team got new tires on for us when we had a blowout on the freeway and didn’t want to drive 3 more hours home on our spare tire. They were fast and courteous and we paid a great price. Thanks guys!

Harrison helped me today. He was very kind in spending time with me to find the right tire and price. He told me it would only be an hour. I got there at 8 am and didn't leave until almost 11. He had updated me the 1st hour saying they only had 3 tires in stock and that they had to send someone down to the SLC store. He then updated me again at the 2nd hour mark saying they should be back with the tire shortly. By the 3rd hour, I was mildly irritated. I tried hard not to let it show. I know these guys work hard and I appreciated it. Just sucked to be given a time that wasn't right. Update: I also should have stated that the owner or manager saw me in their lobby for some time and went and checked on the status of my car and updated me. I took our van into BigO Tires on 500 West in Bountiful because one tire had a slow leak but I wanted to make sure it was nothing more serious. Arturo was so friendly and helpful and got the van in quickly to get the tire checked. They found out the tire had a small screw in it causing the leak. They promptly fixed it and sent me on my way free of charge. I am so grateful for the prompt service and care I received from Arturo and the BIG O Tires Team in Bountiful and highly recommend them!
