Big O Tires

I wanted to express my appreciation for this Big O location in Castle Rock Colorado. Anytime that I need the tires checked or the battery, which I did purchase through them, checked I find it very easy. Any visit I’ve had - I walk in the door, they take the information, take my car and when it’s finished, I check out and have always had a pleasant experience. Today I worked with Shawn Weber and I have had years of experience with Mike assisting me. Again, all of these visits to the store have gone quick and pleasant and professional. Today’s services were battery and tires. I do find it interesting though that the list of services below in this promo app does not list tires as it is a tire store by name.

My experience at Big O Tires was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team set the tone with their incredible customer service—welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled smoothly. They took the time to clearly explain my options, answer every question, and keep me informed throughout the process. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their customers. The entire visit felt efficient, transparent, and stress-free thanks to the amazing work of the front desk staff. Highly recommend!

My trailer tire popped and came in with a busted up rim. Matt Morris went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service and the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and quick!! Highly recommend this location. I will be back for sure! It's rare I get to say this but no matter where you live it is absolutely worth the extra few minutes for the drive. You get exactly what your needing, wanting and more. Thank you guys for the great service and hard work!

I had a great experience with Mike at Big O Tires. I brought in a few of my work trucks and my personal vehicle to get new tires before winter. Pricing was solid, and they got everything installed without any hassle. The whole process was straightforward, which I really appreciate when I’ve got multiple vehicles to deal with. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone needing new tires or getting ready for winter.

Historically, we’ve had good experiences with this store—but that has completely changed. The tires we purchased and had installed here just one year ago are now being labeled as “so worn out in the front” that they supposedly need to be replaced. After only one year. I have never in my life had to replace tires annually. To make matters worse, we also purchased the warranty and were told it wouldn’t cover anything in this situation. What is the point of a warranty if it offers zero protection? Extremely disappointing experience and a total lack of accountability. I would not recommend getting tires or services from this shop.
