Big O Tires

I went to 5 different places, looking to replace my front brake pads and rotors, some of them didn't remove the tires to verify the issue, some of them even quoted me for my back brake pads! And then I came to this shop. Dalton Trujillo seat next to me at the lobby and explained me what needed to be done in details, gave me an estimate cheaper than all the other shops and didn't push me. A month later I went back to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. My mechanic was Darika and I just have one word "omg" amazing job, professional, clean. My car is happy and I'm happy.

Got a flat on the highway headed to Denver - large bolt in my tire. Eduardo Martinez helped fix that and put the spare back. Took longer than what they said but it they were busy and it did get fixed no charge. Very grateful for these guys here and much thanks.

Julian and Bill were super amazing. They were able to help me right away getting new tires and putting them on. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with no problems and the best hospitality I have received!! 100% recommend this location.

They were efficient and accommodating over the phone and made great efforts to ensure this didn’t turn into an all-day ordeal for me.
