I made a last-ditch effort to track down a small, missing part for my bike rack and trailer hitch—and when I called, Dave’s voice on the other end of the line was like an angel from above. He gave me hope that NAPA might be able to help. When I arrived, Dave knew exactly what I needed. Not only did he find the right part immediately, but he even helped me install it. I was in and out in five minutes. Incredible customer service! Dave is a gem, and thanks to him, I was able to take my family on our biking trip right on time. Employee (David) was very rude to my wife. Laughed in her face because he assumed she ordered the wrong headlight bulb when in fact he didn’t install it correctly. He also didn’t bother to check whether the lights were working before walking away from her and ignoring when she asked him a question. When she walked back in to ask him to please check again he ignored her and rolled his eyes. She then told him she will wait at her car for him to come out when he has a minute and waited outside 30 minutes before walking back in to ask another gentleman for help. This is not the first time this employee has treated her like this. If you don’t enjoy your job or want to treat people with RESPECT, then maybe you should consider getting another.
