A++++ service! Highly recommend to anyone. They were SO considerate of my situation, that they expedited my repair date by a whole day! I only got my driveshaft assembly replaced, and I have a whole laundry list of repairs that I have to do, but I’m definitely returning to this shop to have everything repaired/replaced, and more! They even loaned me a courtesy vehicle free of charge! They are super transparent about their work, and super honest as well. When I had my 06’ Tacoma in the shop getting inspected, they were kind enough to bring me back into the shop and physically show me everything wrong with it. I drove an hour to Simply Auto after reading other reviews. I knew right away that I had finally found a mechanic who I had confidence in just by how clean & organized the shop and waiting area were. Michael didn't look the part of a car mechanic and more like a CEO. He went through extra lengths to find a specialized part that would fit my jeep. He could have gouge me for all that extra work but was very fair and reasonable. One of the first times I ever left an Auto repair shop feeling good. Believe all the outstanding reviews!!!

The folks at Simply Auto Riverside did a big job for me they worked hard to source a rebuilt engine for my truck did detailed work were informative and great communicators always answering the phone and making timely progress calls. In addition I had the use of a nice loaner vehicle when my engine was being done. Thankyou Michael and the folks at Simply Auto I recommend them highly and I will return to them.

Greeted by a clean waiting room staffed with a pleasant and knowledgeable team. Spent some time with a full inspection of the car after the oil change. Brought me back into the bay to show me how things are looking and what they suggest working on. Left with an easy to read and very reasonable quote for some work on the car. Highly recommend!

Professional, kind and intelligent company culture, skilled mechanical competence. Over the holiday weekend of New Years in 2025 to 2026, I suddenly experienced an electrical failure. The great people at Simply Auto were welcoming and accommodating as I needed to have my car towed to their property. They then managed to get a look at the car and diagnose the issue even in the midst of busy schedule. Given the circumstances, the work was accomplished in a very timely manner.
