Land Rover Roaring Fork Service Center

The staff always seems disorganized. I was finally checked in 30 mins after my appointment time (the team member that was supposed to help me was walking in as I parked my car, then moved another car to the garage, then finally did all the pre-registration things to give me a quote on the maintenance work I needed done). Once my car was done, the car wash person was going to lunch so they "tried to see if someone had time to get it to the automatic carwash" so I didn't have to wait another hour-or go without a complimentary car wash like I have the last 2 times I've had service done here. I will say they're very knowledgeable and friendly, but never seem to be timely.

Great communication re diagnosis and throughout the process. Oliver kept me very well informed. Delivered car back to my house in Aspen without charge. That is great service!!

Mark as usual was fantastic to pick up my vehicle from my residence to have tires swapped for the winter! He left me a loaner and returned my vehicle the very next day! Great customer service is paramount and the whole crew is just phenomenal!

Fritz has been incredibly proactive and helpful with my 8 year old Range Rover that is starting to have problems an older car may have. I appreciate how he handled everything.
