Big O Tires

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service I received from Big O Tire in both Waynesville and Lebanon, Missouri. I trusted them with my 2016 Toyota Tundra for brakes, rotors, and calipers, and what I got in return was dangerous, careless, and completely unacceptable work. Not once, but twice, Big O had to redo my brakes and rotors because the job wasn’t done correctly the first time. That alone should have been a red flag—but it gets worse. After their “repair,” they didn’t even fasten my tires back onto my truck properly. I started losing lug nuts while driving, which could have caused a serious accident. Upon arriving at Bennett Springs I realized the tires on my camper were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I started calling around with little hope I would find a place that would have the size or time to get me in. Thankfully I called Big O Tires and they not only had the size I needed but were able to get me in that night before setting up camp. With extremely friendly service they had me done in just over an hour. I am very happy with the speed, service, and cost. They saved my vacation.

I had an appointment at 11:00 and decided to drop off early the car since I have experienced long wait times in the past rather than wait. I was having four tires changed and the brakes evaluated. I jailed to check on the progress about 1:00 and was told they were just then working on it. About thirty minutes later I was called and told that the rear brakes needed to be changed. One I heard the price, I declined. When asked what it would take to get me to allow the work to be done, I got rather upset but did not say anything. I should have been given the best price originally rather than a barter. It is my opinion that this is a poor business practice. I again called at 3:00 and was informed that they were just planning on calling to inform me that they were finished. Hard to belie

I had a valve stem leaking on my semi truck while parked at the truck stop down the street. First they were willing to let me use their valve stem tool when I asked for no charge. I was not able to fix the issue myself so they told me to drive my truck to them to work on it, there were a few cars ahead of me on the list when I arrived. They found that it was just the valve stem core that needed to be replaced. I was in and out in 1 hour and they didn’t even charge me. Comfortable seating area, coffee and water available for customers as well. Great experience here, Anthony was great to work with. Thank you!

A few years a ago they took my cap off my tire, I had to go back and get it. the lug nut rolled off my tire when i pulled into my driveway. Thank God i got home before it fell off. They gave me a free oil change, after my oil change they didnt put the oil cap back on, I drove 13 hours before I realized it wasn't on there, my friend just recently went here and they did a horrible job on her car too. DONT GO HERE.
