Big O Tires

I got my oil changed here last weekend and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. As a younger female, car maintenance can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made me feel completely comfortable and never pressured. They were honest about what my vehicle actually needed, worked quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I truly appreciated the transparency and efficiency. I’ll definitely be back!

super friendly and reliable staff. i only use big o in indiana and was in tennessee for the weekend visiting family when i needed an oil change. the team discovered i had a tire that was dry rotting and split during the complimentary tire rotation. they got me a great price on a new tire and back on the road in less than an hour. will always only go to big o if possible!

Had a loose valve on my tire. Went over to Big O’s today and had the pleasure in dealing with Jonathan. This guy was awesome. Fixed my tire, but found a huge commercial staple in my sidewall. Got a tire ordered for the next day. Pulled my truck up to the door. 5 star service. Goodbye Discount tire. My new go to is Big O’s. Who would not like a Big O anyway right?

Love the team here! Came in for a regular alignment that ended up being a bigger problem than expected. Very transparent about the work that needed done and super quick to fix it for me. Definitely my go-to for tire needs in the area!
