I’ve been using Big Tire Novato for over four years, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best places for car maintenance. Every time I visit, I receive top-notch service. The team is always friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they truly care about doing quality work and making sure customers feel taken care of. I especially want to highlight Jonathan, who consistently provides excellent service. He always explains clearly what my car needs, offers me great prices on tire changes and other services, and never tries to sell me anything unnecessary. His honesty, professionalism, and kindness are some of the main reasons I continue to return. Their prices are very competitive, the wait times are reasonable, and I always leave knowing my car is in good hands.

I have been using Big O for many years for several vehicles (including "kids") and have always received excellent service. Most recently after having had some brand-specific suspension parts installed in the South Bay incorrectly, Jonny and the team put my car up on a lift to quickly diagnose the problem. They offered to remove and re-install the parts on the spot but I ended up heading back to the original provider so they could fix the problem and provide a rebate. Big O didn't charge me for their time. They are always helpful, friendly.and competitive. Good guys.
