Front desk staff was nice and easy to work with. Mechanics not so much. Charged me for alignment and did not do the alignment. Made me come back in person to recieve a refund. They damaged my rim removing paint and forcing me to have it repainted.

Big O Tires truly went above and beyond. Their tire warranty is amazing, and their customer service is even better. When my battery died just a block away from the shop, they didn’t hesitate to send a mechanic to jump-start my car, locate a replacement battery, install it, and get me back on the road—just minutes before closing. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to help when I really needed it. I can’t recommend them enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got towed here per recommendation of town truck driver from up in Lost Coast area. Long tow but AAA helped. Was able to have car dropped in parking lot overnight and come back next morning to get started on replacement tire. Open 7 days per week. They got replacements the next day.

The techs took multiple tries to align the tires, in the process they damaged the main power line which caused the battery in my car to arc destroying the transmission and alternator. The shop owners refused to pay for the repairs which cost me over $3000 and would not even call me back. Do not ever take your car here.

We are on a road trip and had some concerning noises in our van steering. Gavin and his crew were able to take us in right away, diagnose the problem, fix it and get us on the road in an hour and a half. You can’t beat that for great service!
