Has my wife’s Jeep aligned here back in November so stopped in today to get price on tires. They had them at a fair price and were able to do it right away. John called me and let me know alignment was a bit off and they were taking care of it. Great service!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. (Austin and John up front and their manager Justin) I walked in thinking I needed some new tires and a new wheel bearing and it turned out I was sooo wrong and I needed so much more. But by some miracle, Justin helped me get everything done that was needed and kept it in my budget while Austin and John were completely courteous and understanding while my three children flunked up their lobby while we waited. I know exactly where I’m coming anytime I have car troubles from here on out. 10/10 I’m recommending this place to everyone.

Took my Jeep in for the $49.99 oil change special that included a tire rotation and I specifically asked that this rotation was part of it when I dropped it off! when it was time to go, it had not been done, as stated, so they took it back in. I'm pretty sure if I wasn't standing out here watching them they wouldn't have done it the second time either! Unacceptable for a business. Going to have a hard time trusting them moving forward. But they sure had no problem wanting to sell me other things they found. Makes you wonder how many times it's been done in the past with people just trusting it will be done. "Reasonable price" when they actually do the service advertised.

We were visiting Sevierville, TN on a four day trip got in a bind with a flat tire. Got a hold of these guys and they were quick to help! Was in and out in no time. And they even checked on me after we left a few days later just to make sure everything was going good with the vehicle. If you ever need a tire changed or mechanical work this is your shop! Very polite and knowledable workers!
