Big O Tires

Honest Team! I had a great experience at Big O Tires. The staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about costs before doing any work. They explained what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they finished the job quickly. My oil change and tires were installed perfectly, and the car feels smooth and safe on the road. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Driving cross-country, my oil light and alarm came on. The team at Big O Tires in Show Low got me in on short notice, diagnosed the problem (leaking oil pressure sensor), and had it fixed all within 32 hours. And all at a much lower price than I would have ever expected. A+ service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I never have been able to trust most shops/mechanics with my vehicles in the past. I've done most of the basic work on my vehicles myself. I'm too old for all that now. I have been taking my van to Big O up here since I moved here just over 2 years ago. They are the only place that has done my oil changes since I got Edgar. Everyone has always been professional and friendly and honest there. Bobby is nice and he found my oil leak early this year that is a common oil leak on my van. I already knew I had the oil leak but I was pretending it wasn't that bad. The oil was leaking all over my alternator. Just don't listen to him when he tells you that spraying peppermint on your engine keeps the mice/rats out. That didn't work for me. I had to get cats to keep the mice/rats away from my engine

Robert and his team did an AMAZING job on what turned out to be a very difficult water pump replacement for my 2009 Toyota Highlander. Their attention to detail was incredible, they honored their price even though the work took much longer than anticipated, and they had me come back the following day to double-check everything and make sure I was ready to do some extended driving over the next 4 to 6 weeks.
