I had a generally good service experience. I got what I expected and in the expected timeframe. The free carwash was a nice added touch.

My 5 stars is for the customer service at Bill Dodge Kia-Bronson always does a great job making sure I have a great customer experience. I am disappointed about my recent experience with buying new tires, however, because they would not price match a significant difference with Costco pricing on the same tires. Bronson explained why and did everything he could to help me out, and I understand the reasoning, but a $500 difference doesn’t really make sense-I could have gotten 6 of these tires and had them installed at Costco for the price of 4 here. I always prefer to have all my services done at Kia, but unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere in the future.

I was one of the unlucky ones that had my engine go bad in my 2017 Soul. I bought the car new from Kia Saco and really like that dealership, but the engine went bad in Indiana. Well I decided to haul it back to the dealer I trust. From first contact, Kia of Saco put me at ease, explained the process and kept me informed every step along the way. And in the end Kia put a new engine in my Kia under warranty. I couldn’t be happier with their support and professionalism. A big shout out to Bronson, my service advisor. He went above and beyond constantly, and whatever Kia is paying him isn’t enough. Thanks to everyone at Kia Saco for another great experience!
