Lou's Service Center

I am a new customer at Lou's Service Center. I cannot say enough great things about this business. In the past two months I have brought both of my cars in for service. The first car I received an astronomical quote for work on my car that was not even necessary from another service center. Lou's accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair and honest price to fix it. The 2nd car I brought in for service was also fixed promptly and honestly. I rarely take the time to go online to give reviews but I felt I needed to give credit to this business and recommend it to others looking for a repair center that operates with full honesty and integrity. Thank you to Jonathan and Adam for all your great customer service. You get an A+!

This repair center was super fast to help our salesperson on the road, 150 miles from home with no real option to get back without a repair. They took care of the repair, told us what was going on and gave us a good price to get the work done. I highly suggest them. If we were located closer they would have earned all of my business by the way they treated us and got us back on the road.

I am so grateful to the wonderful people here! They got me in next day to check out my car (incredibly reassuring that they could see me so quick!) and were super helpful in assessing the problem and options. They were able to do a quick temporary fix in under 30 minutes to get me back to work on time. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a service center.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always get me right in and back on the road quickly! Always honest about what work needs to be done and very reasonable pricing considering what car repairs can cost!! Highly recommend

I was referred here after my car didn’t pass state inspection for an exhaust leak. I pulled in they have a bunch of parking spots. Walked into the store the store that looked liked it was getting working done. But someone parked their hot motorcycle in there so it was something to look at while waiting. They were able to fix my car in a half an hour, it’s not cheap but it was fixed. The guys that work there are really hot but can’t spell haha they have a good personality too, very like-able and good customer service. They are good at what they do and put a 5 year warranty on the receipt so I trust I won’t need to see them again until 5 years later. Highly recommend!
