So I don’t know the terminology, but I was having a pretty bad day when my shock blew out the top. Had it towed to Bobs at 3pm…by 4:20pm I received a call that it was ready. I have never had this great of an experience at ANY auto shop. Less than an hour and a half for full repair of the immediate issue, and an inspection! Would recommend to anyone who owns a car. Customer service = 10/10.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. Mike and the guys always charge a fair price, explain thoroughly what they are doing, and are great communicators. There’s a reason you will find that they are always booked up, they’re the best around 😊

Way too expensive, and I don't really trust that they are being honest with me. I've gone several times with several different vehicles. Last time I went they did a horrible alignment. If you want your car to pass inspection, go somewhere else. Something will be wrong, and it will be expensive. Friendly and efficient, however, so two stars instead of one.

These guys were great! Worked on both my Ford Van and Subaru Impreza leaving them just like new. They worked with my insurance company to get some of the repairs done and Mike was generous enough to sort that whole deal out. Everyone was great to work with and I’d recommend this place to anyone
