Took my car in for a oil change/tire replacement. They were quick to say someone was working on the vehicle but after 7 hours, no other updates. I called several times just to get an update but nobody knows where the tech is. This is VIP service?

After purchasing a used car from them, I discovered a couple of issues that I wish had been addressed before the sale. Not good customer service, when purchasing a vehicle the manager never came over to introduce himself and haggled with me over $250 from his office. Wouldn’t wash the car nor fill up the tank, petty and cheap. Poor experience and wouldn’t go back unless there is a terrific price on a car.
