Caliber Collision

I had damage to the front left quarter panel of my vehicle and was guided to Caliber Buy my insurance company. During this week, our area received substantial amounts of snow, but throughout the entire time the folks at Caliber Stayed in constant contact with me, giving updates and statuses. The repair was remarkably quick, and the finished effort left me, knowing that my vehicle appears to have never been in an accident. Great service, and great communication. In addition to all of that when I picked up my car, they had completely cleaned it. That was a very nice touch. Thank you.

I am absolutely astounded at the professional craftsmanship this company has provided! I wish I had before pictures, so anyone reading this review would understand the degree of detail this establishment provided. Not only was the job done exceptionally well, but also in a very timely manner. Kind individuals working there kept us updated every step of the way, and the job was completed ahead of schedule! Coworker hit my car and I needed to get it fixed through insurance. They were super helpful and nice throughout the whole process, their communication was amazing and made everything super easy on my end. I ended up being left without a ride with Enterprise due to my age and after asking them for a time frame and explaining my situation they went above and beyond for me with the repair. They initially estimated about 2 weeks for the repair which was extremely reasonable but they called me after only 2 days telling me my car was finished! My car looks phenomenal and even better than before it got hit and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience here, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would trust them to do any bodywork on any of my vehicles. I had a repair on my Highlander by them a year or so ago. It was perfect. A few minutes ago I stopped by to ask about how I might mend a bumper cover. They quickly, perfectly, and generously took care of it. It is like new.
