If a zero was only possible. Honestly, at first I thought it was a great place. But in the long run…Scammed. Bill cut us a deal on a mercury sable, and said it had been fully inspected and passed. No it shouldn’t have. First off the fluid levels of the vehicle were all low if any at all, I brought this issue up before I signed any paperwork. He assured me that anything that needed done would be dealt with and wouldn’t raise the quote due to us putting a down payment on the vehicle. LIES! Main issues when the car was handed to me was a MASSIVE coolant leak, they said that it probably happened on my watch when I had only had the vehicle for 2 days. Second was the catalytic converters, this specific model of car has 3 and they said just cut them off you’ll just get fined for it no big deal. N

Second car from Bill. Had some issues within two days of purchase after being assured the car had been cleared by their mechanic shop. The car had problems that finally got fixed by after two other mechanics did not find problem by Subaru specialist who knows Subarus through and through x 40 years. Bill made good on the repairs and I finally got a fixed car. He is an honest fair man and I recommend him and will be another repeat customer again. Thank you Bill!! The Spatig's

This may have been the best experience I've ever had buying a used car. The car is awesome, the price was reasonable, and Bill is great.

Ive Know Bill for over 35 years. Can't have a better person helping you. A true gentlemen and HONEST. This is my latest purchase I bought for my son, he even arranged delivery to my office!!! Specular customer service.

zero stars if possible. the customer service was awful! the vehicle we looked at was WAYYYY OVER.. book value. thank God we didn’t get scammed by this establishment. the car had numerous of issues that would have had to be fixed right away and still wanted $10k. with the customer service i received i’d never recommend this place to anyone. also PLEASE thoroughly look at the vehicle before buying. majority of this inventory is probably the worst investment you could make.
