I want to note the exemplary customer service provided by Craig Flippen and his team at Bish’s RV in Junction City. Craig and his team have exceeded my wildest expectations of what service can be. They have been warm, friendly, and repaired my damaged motorhome to like new condition. Later I damaged my motorhome while parking. Once the damage was reported Craig drove over and applied collision tape to assure no further damage occurred from the weather. I have never experienced this level of customer service. Today you seldom find people that really care about the customer and do a outstanding job. We are full-time travelers in our Newmar motorhome. We originally went to Bish‘s for service on the RV. We had to wait a few days for parts to come in, so we inquired about their paint/body shop service. We actually were planning on getting a repair done on a known defect of the paint on the motorhome. Within a couple of hours, Craig, the body shop manager came to talk with us. At the end of the day, Alex had an estimate for us to review. We had learned that the paint/body shop techs had many years of experience between them, and that they did good work. Craig also worked with us to give us the best price possible. This review is for the body shop. We found the entire team to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The body repair looks great, was done in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Sue, Robert and all that had a hand in the body work on our Dutchstar.

Top notch! Body and paint work was done beautifully. The people were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, should the need arise.

We are very pleased with the repairs completed by the body shop on the stress cracks in the fiberglass rear cap of our 5th wheel. The work was done within a couple days and on budget. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
