Bish's RV of Junction City

We purchased a used 2022 Heartland Cyclone 4006 thus last July. Dustin Neet was great, listening to our needs, concerns, and working through our financing issues since we are fulltime RVers. The fulltime status through some curves into the purchase, but with Dustin and the finance departments diligence, we worked through them. They gave us a good offer on our trade and took care of us after the sale by working on a few things and delivering the RV to our site. I recently bought a new Jayco 197MBW at Bish's. I was 3 hrs away from the dealership so made the deal over the phone. Sales experience was overall positive with a special thanks to Dustin the sales manager and Nathan my inspection service tech. There was an issue with the unit that was prepared for me to pick up when I got there, and Dustin was down to earth and happy to swap it out for a unit that was problem free. Nathan in service is one of those rare people these days that truly loves his job and cares about the customer! He was happy to answer all my questions and walked me through all the basic maintenance questions that I had. Just an awesome, knowledgeable guy! Thanks!!!

This was my first RV/camper purchase, and overall I had a good experience at Bish’s RV in Junction City. My salesperson, Dib, was patient and helpful throughout the process. Things did not start off well due to some confusion and concerns around their “soft pull” credit check process, but after discussing it with the team we were able to work through it, and I was ultimately satisfied with the outcome. The walkthrough with Patrick was great — he was friendly, thorough, and easy to deal with, which helped me feel more confident as a first-time RV owner. The main area that still needs improvement is coordination between departments (parts/travel center and sales). There were a few times where it felt like communication wasn’t as smooth as it could be. That said, I’m happy with my purchase

We ordered a 2026 Brinkley 3110 the team at this dealership was amazing all smiles here from sales contact to delivery they let us camp at their dealership as we came from out of state. They did a great PDI as everything was working as it should and we couldn’t be happier. If and when we decide to buy again Bish will definitely be one of our first calls. Thanks to everyone we met.

I give 5 stars to Bip and the Bish's sales team... 1 star for Joshua Majors who needs to get a new job if he dislikes people and being a service advisor. Within 5 minutes of my wife and I doing a warranty walk through with him I confronted him asking if he had a problem with us. He adjusted his attitude slightly allowing us to continue with him. Moving forward I stopped in to another Jayco dealership and asked if they could do my warranty work. Their service advisor manager said absolutely. She had a smile for us a customer, was professional and proactive. She assigned us a service advisor who also had a smile and a good customer service attitude. It was a pleasure working with him . We easily went through our repair list with him and they took our RV into their service department that day
