Big thanks to Guaranty Chevrolet of Junction City! After searching for months for the perfect 2020 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade Edition in White, I finally found it at Guaranty Chevrolet. At first, I wasn’t sure about calling because I thought the trip there and the long drive back to the south coast would be too much. So, I just sent them an email through their website and by the next afternoon, that 4Runner was parked right in my driveway. Amazing! They worked with me on the price, delivery, and every question I had. The whole process was super easy. Big shout-out to Emma Parker for replying to my email and to Rob Kovach for organizing everything and personally driving all the way to the coast to deliver my new truck. I’m beyond happy—I love this vehicle and the service blew me away.

Best experience. Mike was patient with us for months as we figured out what we wanted to do. Everyone was so kind and helpful (Mike, Trevor, Jordan, Ken) even when we had to go back the day after purchase for some technology education. Went shopping for a used car and Brandon was a great sales person to work with from test drive to purchase. Super knowledgeable, car was in great condition, and really made the process as streamlined as possible. Definitely a great team at Guaranty and would absolutely shop here again.

My mother had been looking for a new car. We had tried some different dealers and felt that they were pressuring her. We looked on Guaranty’s web site and gave them a call. Mike was quick to answer any questions that we had and if he wasn’t sure he found us the information. We came in drove a couple different cars and found the one she felt comfortable in. The most important part of our search was not being pressured or lured where we didn’t want to go. Mike and Brandon helped set up the car and explained the electronics.
