Bish's RV of Cheyenne

We just bought our first camper from Bish's and have had such a great experience! We met Chad at the RV show, and he has been so much fun to work with. He is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get you all the information you need when buying a camper. Steph in service has been incredibly helpful and has tons of great advice. Kinzie in parts has been a lifesaver and always bends over backwards to help you find what you need. Brylon took us on our walk-through and stayed late to install all our extras, so big shout out. Overall the crew has made this whole experience wonderful and so much fun! Plus they all love our pitty girl, Ellie!

Great experience. Awesome communication I was so stressed out from the awning not retracting on my brand new forest river camp trailer but thank God,, nate took over the situation and put my mind at ease..I am so thankful he was able to help me get this retracted so I could continue my camping trip with my 77 year old mother.. we need more extremely qualified technicians like nate.. so happy I have rv fix. I really wish the service department in twin falls Idaho has the same communication skills you ask do in Cheyenne..3 days ago my awning under warranty broke. Rv fix called me twice to let me know not to worry it will be fixed the parts have been ordered. Not one call from twin falls. After the camper is sold your on your own. We got to experience Bish’s Rv twice, first in May when my mom got a travel trailer and then in February when we got our own. We got Chad as our sales rep on both occasions and he was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. But I really have to give a big shout out to Kenzie in the parts department for going above and beyond getting our distribution hitch set up to be installed as well as the issue we had after we pulled our trailer back home. Even though it was our error she still took great care of us and fully resolved our issue. Thank you Kenzie, Chad and the whole Bish’s team!!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Bish’s RV. We are living in our fifth wheel full-time because our home had a fire. We needed warranty service repair immediately as we had no water. The dealership that we purchased our fifth wheel from was less than helpful said they were booked out for two months. After a call to Bish’s on Friday Scott, Stephanie and Chris jumped into action and got us into their dealership the following Tuesday. They worked tirelessly and repaired our fifth wheel in one day! They also took the extra effort to repair other warranty items while we were there. An amazing group of people We highly recommend them. I wish we bought our fifth wheel from them.!

I went to camping world and had instant denial but I had a feeling to stop by Bish's Rv Chad went above and beyond he worked so hard to get me approved I really appreciate your hard work I was mostly thinking I would get denied like other places but here at Bish's rv Chad did an amazing job and got me approved within probably an hour, Thank you so much I really appreciate your work.
