BJ's Tire Center

I only get my tires from Bjs for all my vehicles, I was driving on the turnpike and discovered I had a nail in my tire, I called the Avon tire center and Sam was super professional and was able to get me in and fix the hole in the tire Instantly. I was in the middle of an 8 Hour drive and Just knowing that purchasing tires from BJ’s comes with this kind of service is priceless. Thank you, Sam, and I hope you can get recognition for your wonderful customer service!! Get this man a raise!

The store and gas pumps are fantastic. However, tire center has a lot to be desired. I got there 12/27/24 15 minutes after they opened. All bays empty and two guys just standing around. I was hoping to purchase 4 tires but they said they couldn’t do it. When asked why, they said they had someone coming in about a half hour and wouldn’t be able to do it in time. I said, no one is here now and all the bays are empty. He still said he couldn’t do it. He even told me they had another guy coming which would make 3 guys. I said I could wait and he told me they were booked all day. 1 car every 2 hours. I will never attempt to buy tires from BJ’s again. Not only did they lose todays sale but all future sales as well.

The Tire center employee, Sam, provided wonderful customer service and was able to get me in and out faster than I could walk around the store and shop. Thank you, Sam! I appreciate your professionalism and excellent customer service! You deserve recognition for such a wonderful job!

If you value your time, energy and peace of mind - DO NOT GO HERE! Make the short drive over to Discount Tire instead. Hear me out....I had purchased tires and set up a date/time for installation a week ahead on BJs website. A day before my appointment, BJs sent me an email confirming my appointment. I get there the next day at my appointment time and Sam was at the front desk. He told me that he had to go check to see if my tires was in. I was immediately annoyed because why wouldn't the shop check that my tires was in BEFORE my appointment date/time instead of waiting for the customer to get there and check at that time?? I had a great experience replacing a tire on my Chevy. I expected to be told to buy two new tires, instead I was educated on what kind of tire I needed and why I only needed to buy one. Charlie took the time to look at all my tires, caught two mistakes by other tire shops, and had my tire replaced within 30 minutes. I definitely would recommend BJ's Tire Center in Avon.
