I just want to give major credit to the technician who helped me. He was working completely alone, trying to install my tires, answer the phone, and help a constant line of people waiting for propane. It was a lot, but he stayed calm, focused, and didn’t give anyone attitude. He really did his best, and I appreciated that. What bothered me was that the manager walked in multiple times, and when people asked him for help, he just said, “I don’t know, let me get someone,” and pulled the technician away each time. So not only was he doing everything by himself, but he kept getting pulled off my car to ring people out or help others. It ended up taking almost two hours to finish the tire installation. Not because of the tech, but because he was stretched so thin! The technician gets a 10/10 f

Worst service I've ever had. The employee simply refused to come and serve me, left me waiting, and when I went to him to say that I wanted a price to change the 4 tires on my car, he told me very rudely that I had to wait for him to finish the service before he could serve me. In total, there were 3 people waiting for the employee's goodwill to come and serve us. I do not recommend BJs Tire Center to anyone.

They make you purchase the tires first and don’t call you when they came in … they never have appoinments after you’ve paid for your tires. And they never answer the phone if you have questions. The only good things is that the tires are cheaper then mavis. But you can’t get them installed.

Spent half of my Sunday for nothing! Not reliable place. The technician could not untied one nut. Called 2 managers for that, an hour later said I don’t have time for you.

Terrible customer service at the tire center, go the the store manager to get results. Better yet drive down the road to anyone for better service. I still want to know how thee tape weights ended up between the rotor and the Brake Dust Shield. One can be a mistake but three....
