BJ's Tire Center

I went here today to get my tire fixed. I walked in and the woman was sitting there with her arms crossed clearly bored. I told her that I needed help with my back tire. She said well I have an appointment in 6 minutes so it's not going to be now. I said okay when can I get it fixed and she said I don't know maybe 2 hours or so. Awful customer service just sat there with their arms crossed. Didn't seem to care if she helped me or not. Very poor customer service. You guys should find people that actually don't mind working. And 100% don't believe she had any appointment at all. She just didn't want to work. Then I went to Town Fair tire who's also said there was a 2-hour wait but they said it in a way where I felt like they wanted to help me. Not that I was being a nuisance to them like the

My tire continued to lose air after being inflated several times. I called BJ's Tire in Greenfield, MA explained the situation, and was placed on hold. The hold time was so long I had been transferred back to Member Services more than 3 times. At this point I knew I'd receive better results in person. I got there, and no one was there waiting prior so I was able to get my car on the jack which is when he discovered what was causing the leak. In the pictures you can clearly see the holes on the line for being replaced vs repaired. However, due to my tire not being in stock and needing something on an emergency basis I was given a temp repair. Was told that the tire would be ordered Monday morning. Cool. Monday gets here. I received no call back. Nor did I receive an email regarding Saturday

Don’t go here for tires. Staff was very rude and do not support Disabled Veterans. Had an emergency where I was near the start of a 14 hour drive and was told they would not help me today. Guess I need to not renew my BJs membership. Sorry people. 🤬

Wanted to compliment Jerry (manager of the tire service) who helped us out of a jam with a blown tire late Friday afternoon. He was kind, helpful and got us back on our weekend trip in short order. Thanks a bunch. Nice work! Alex and Kristi

They don't know the difference between a summer tire and an all season tire. They sold me a summer tire after I specifically asked for an all season tire, and when I noticed (hadn't driven on it yet) they told me it was the same tire. One has a 20000 mile warranty and the other has a 45000 mile warranty.
