Ken and Stephon are amazing! We needed 4 new tires just days before Christmas and they squeezed us in! They are knowledgeable, professional and personable and went over all of our options to help us decide which tires were best for us. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate them!

Ken at BJ Tire Shop is an excellent professional—attentive to detail, explains everything clearly, and really takes pride in his work. I’m from Atlanta, but if I lived in North Carolina, I’d bring all my business here because of him. Great experience!

Greg was awesome to work with the past few days. He attempted a tough repair, and talked me through all my options. Every time we had an appointment scheduled he was ready, polite and professional. The work was completed on time and as promised and I appreciated his efforts and transparency throughout the process.

I had to reschedule my appointment four times. The first two times the technician called out of work, I wasn’t alerted or notified that my apt was canceled. I came in a third time, and at first was notified that the tires I needed were not available. Even though initially (when I scheduled my first appt) I was told my tires were in stock. It took the manager coming in to find the tires. Then right before my appointment I was told that some equipment needed for the tire installation blew out and needed to reschedule. As we’re setting up my 4th appointment I’m told that I’m unable to get updated in the system as the employee doesn’t have access. This has been the most inconvenient process and it’s disappointing.

Waited for someone for about 15 min before I had to knock on the glass to get someone’s attention. I was told I had to wait 25 minutes for me to get a propane tank filled. Wasted 40 minutes after I waited. I won’t be going there anymore.
