BJ's Tire Center

Ordered tires online 12/16/25. Paid 1300$. Next available appointment 12/26/25. Showed up for appointment. No record in system of an appointment. Guys behind the counter just shrug. Frustrating call to corporate customer service found out they cancelled appointment 12/24/25, via an email that went to spam due to high volume of bj promo emails. No call. No text. How they couldn't get a set of michelins most popular tires in 8 days is beyond me. Don't worry BJs. Discount tire had seven in stock and price matched. Don't bother with BJs tire service.

I came to BJ’s Tire Center to get my pre-ordered tires installed. JD asked for the tire key, which I didn’t know about—previous shops had always just handled it. He refused to hear why I was confused and dismissed any cooperation for possible solutions. I had my 6-year-old with me and didn’t feel comfortable with how unprofessional the interaction was. As a woman, I felt unheard and disrespected. I’ll go elsewhere, even if it costs more. I called customer service and got a refund.

My experience here is mixed. The first time I came here was to have a tire repaired. I had plugged the tire myself as an emergency repair but was told a hydro seal would last longer. Upon arriving, the tire crew was sitting in the waiting area (no other customers) and they finished an entire conversation while I waited for help at the front desk. They proceeded to tell me it was their policy that they couldn't touch the tire because I had already put a plug in it. The second time was to price some new tires. The customer service was much better but unfortunately the pricing was higher that other big box tire centers, which is unfortunate because BJs location is ideal for me. Allen at Bj's went above and beyond to help me. I needed tires immediately and he got Mr great pricing, immediate installation and was just an outstanding person! Very professional and very courteous! Thanks Allen!

This is the best tire place besides Firestone by Northwoods Mall. Mr. Alan gives exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond to help people. I have never had any conflict with the employees, service, or prices at BJs. Mr. Jeff is also very awesome and he has put on more than one tire for me. These guys are wonderful and I'm so thankful to have such a great time nearby to help out when I'm having tire troubles. Thanks, Summerville BJs Tires team, for all that you do!!!
