If I could rate less than one star I would. I ordered tires for my truck. Spent over $1,000. SCHEDULED an appointment for today at 3:30 pm. Got a call at 3 that told me “there were customers running late and they were just working on their 2pm appointment”. This is absolutely absurd. What happens when you go to a doctors office and you’re late? You’re cancelled and rescheduled. They told me my now 3:30 appointment wouldn’t be until 5:30 or 6. Worst experience I’ve ever had getting tires - along with the attitude from the employees. Will never go back for tires here again.
Called twice on business hours, NO ANSWER. Went to store on business hours, tire tech saw me walk in & went to the garage...waited a few minutes & left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great prices and service, would have been a 5, but only 1 person working when I went for my install. Spoke with mgmt and they are working on it.
Bill from the Tire Center was an absolute CHAD!!!!! He should be given a raise, literally what a great guy
