Black Lake Towing

Black Lake Towing agent picked up our call right away (comparing to 40 min hold for AAA road assistance to begin with and then over 60 min wait and kept pushing back). The agent told us it would be 20 min. We canceled our request with AAA. And Bkack Lake Towing truck with full bed (appropriate towing for our broke down vintage car) showed up as told. Thank goodness it was a right call. Michael the towing service agent was very courteous and did very efficiently and swiftly. You can tell he loves his job and skillfull at it. For his age (young man), it is hard to find a real hard working towing service agent like him. What a breath of fresh air. By the time he finish loading our car, AAA assigned towing showed up with a regular repo style towing truck even though I canceled. Obvio

Michael did a wonderful job for us helping us move my husband’s tool box (iykyk) to our new house. He was prompt and communicative. He was helpful and had good things to say about his employer. We were super impressed with his work ethic and his “above and beyond” approach…as he even helped push the toolbox into place.

Dominic Petrozzi was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us and went over and beyond to make sure we made it home safe. I will definitely go through Black Lake towing if any of these type of services are needed and reference Dominic every time.

Due to a mistake in google presenting Tesla chargers in a location where it did not exist, our EV battery ran out. We were left with no choice but to tow our vehicle. Michael arrived promptly and got us to our destination safely. He was polite, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. We appreciated the quality of service, especially during a stressful situation. Thank you, Michael. The service was heaven sent!

These guys are absolutely the best. Over the course of three or four days of dealing with my sisters disabled vehicle I worked with two different drivers and a couple of people from dispatch. Every last person I worked with was outstanding and they went the extra mile to help me out in a difficult situation. I don't live in the area but I can confidently say that these folks are genuinely good people and if you need towing, I can't recommend them enough.
