Hands down, THE BEST service I have ever received by an auto body shop. Jonni was very detailed in her explanation of the process to get my damaged car repaired. I hardly had to ask one single question with how informative she was - even while the car was being repaired. Throughout the repair, I received regular updates on the phase of repair, tracking that it would be done by the estimated completion date, and what to expect. They work hand in hand with Enterprise car rental who met me there with my rental car and they handled my rental return when I picked my car up. Tony was super informative, explained the entire repair process, and was so incredibly easy to work with. This place is amazing! I was frantically trying to get my pickup repaired and hadn’t gone through this process in years, so I did things out of order with insurance and scheduling, etc. Thankfully, Jonni and Tom made my life easy by walking me through the steps and taking all my anxiety and stress away. They both kept me updated until the repair was complete. My truck was returned to me clean and looking like nothing had happened. Shout out to the entire crew at this shop.
