⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing team! You can really tell there’s strong collaboration and a genuine willingness to help. My experience was 10/10. I even had a great time while they were doing my oil change. Highly recommended.

Ivan and Telei helped me with an oil change. I've been to several shops that have been highly recommended to me and as a surprise, jiffy lube has actually been a far better experience than any of those other high established shops and this location has been my favorite. They are fast, easy to talk to, and have regular maintenance information about your specific vehicle to help keep things up to date. Super appreciative of these guys and gals. Thank you for the help and making an oil change a breeze.

Brought in my wife’s car for an oil change and had the air conditioning checked since it was not working, Cody Ryalls and his team were able to help me out in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their service. They’re polite, knowledgeable, and above all professionals.

Mika & Aiden at the Tumwater Jiffy Lube were my oil service technicians. The entire crew was very helpful and very informative even answering more in-depth questions I had regarding my vehicle. They were vocal in the bays, efficient, and very very polite. This was my first time at this location and will be coming back. Love these guy’s and the crew. I am in love with how well my car drives again! Thanks to Russell and Cody my car doesn't have the weird noises it used to,drives smoothly, and doesn't hesitate while braking! I went in for them to take a look at my passenger window, and they saw the cracked gaskets / other issues. (They showed me the problems, so there was no false upcharges, they were super honest and nice!). Honestly this is one of the few places I don't feel taken advantage of just because I'm a girl. Thank you so much!!
